Mafi ƙarancin albashi: Muna aiki kan abin da za mu iya ci gaba da biya – Gwamnoni

Ƙungiyar gwamnoni ta Najeriya, NGF ta ce ba ta kammala aiki kan abin da jihohin ƙasar za su iya ci gaba da biya a matsayin mafi ƙarancin albashi ba.

Cikin wata sanarwa da shugaban ƙungiyar, wanda shi ne gwamnan Kwara Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, ya ce har yanzu kwamitin duba mafi ƙarancin albashin mai mambobi 37 na ci gaba ada aikinsa.

Sanarwar ta kuma ce ”gwamnonin na ƙara nazarin kuɗin da jihohinsu ke da shi, domin ganin tasirin da hakan zai yi kan sauran buƙatun jihohin”.

“Yayin da muke sane da hanyoyi da dama da aka ɓullo da su a baya-bayan nan kan ƙari a albashi da ihsani ga ma’aikata, ya zama dole mu saurari kwamitin da aka kafa kan duba batun mafi ƙarancin albashi, wanda har yanzu bai kammala aikin da aka ɗora masa ba”.

“A matsayinmu na mambobin kwamitin, muna nazarin kuɗin ɗaiɗaikun jihohinmu a matakin gwamnatocin jihohi da kuma tasirin da ƙarin albashin zai yi kan sauran buƙatun jihohinmu, don samar da takamammen mafi ƙarancin albashi da za mu iya ci gaba da biya,” kamar yadda sanarwar da bayyana.

Haka kuma gwamnonin sun ce suna cike da burin ganin an samar da ingantaccen mafi ƙarancin albashi da zai yi wa kowane ɓangare daɗi a tattaunawar da suke yi da ‘yan kwadago.

A nata ɓangare ƙungiyar ƙwadago ta ƙasar ta buƙaci gwamnatin ƙasar ta amince da biyan naira 615,000 a matsayin mafi ƙarancin albashi ga ma’aikatan ƙasar.

Cikin wata hira da shugaban ƙungiyar ƙwadago ta ƙasar, Joe Ajaero ya yi da gidan talbijin na Channels ya ce biyan mafi ƙarancin albashin daga ɓangaren gwamnonin ya dogara ne da muradunsu.

Mista Ajaero, ya yi fatali da batun da ayi cewa jihohin za su sha wahalar biyan wannan kuɗi idan an amince da shi.

“Ya kamata mu gane batun samun damar biyan kuɗin da kuma, da kuma batun rashin sanya shi cikin muradi a yanzu,” in ji Ajaero.

A farkon wanna makon ne dai gwamnatin ƙasar ta amince da yin ƙarin kashi 25 da kuma 35 ga ma’aikatan ƙasar.

Matakin da ƙungiyar ƙwadagon ƙasar ta yi watsi da shi.
